Hive Project - World’s First Cryptocurrency Invoice Financing Platform

         Hiya folks! After a few days I wanna continue to review investable blockchain based projects without slowing down. As you know that i like to invest financial projects that i thought profitable. And this time we have an invoice finance project to review that named Hive Project, which intends to provide financial liquidity to the small and medium scale businesses. For that kind of businesses its not easy to access short-term financing from banks cause of the long waits for bureaucratic processes and unreasonable hurdles. Large businesses do not face this type of obstecle. Small and medium sized businesses are the backbone of the dynamic economy. We call these type of busineesses as "center pole" here in Turkey.

         Hive Project is attempting to solve an issue that faces most of businesses which require factoring for their invoices. Factoring is a transaction in which a business sells its invoices or receivables, to a third-party company known as a "factor." The factor then collects payment on those invoices from the business's customers. The main reosan that companies choose to factor is that they want to receive cash quickly on their receivables, rather than waiting the 1-3 months it often takes a customer to pay. Factoring allow companies to quickly build up their cash flow.

        Companies without long credit histories are often ineligible for funding and most businesses cant afford the commission fees that charged by factoring companies. Ethereum Blockchain and smart contracts powered Hive Project in order to assign unique fingerprint to every invoice that are issued by tokenizing invoices and publishing these on the blockchain in a secure manner, which elliminates the issue of double invoicing. Each invoice is coded only once in the blockchain.

        The platform creates a digital marketplace, with advanced trading analytics for peer to peer lending,  through which small businesses can finance their unpaid invoices. By selling their invoices to the fund small businesses can gain fast liquidity. A proven risk algorithm credit scoring will be used to perform checks on the company s financial status for the claim process. Companies with a good credit history will earn benefits.

               For financing the Hive Project ecosystem,  the company is issuing its token(HVN) which grant the token holder the right to purchase invoices in the Hive Platform. Within HVN tokens holders can access credit scores too.

         Hive Project won the ICO and Startup Competition at CoinAgenda, the Bitcoin and Digital Currency Investors Conference in Barselona.
